WOFAS Medical Bike Unit Rides Away with Trophies
The WOFAS Medical Bike Unit carried away top
honors in this year’s EMS Bike Rodeo held at UMDNJ. This was our
team’s first entry into this prestigious test of skills and we
are proud to announce that Brigitte D’Alfonso took 1st place in
the Female Division. The team also took 2nd and 3rd place in the Men’s
Division and scored highest in the obstacle course.
The team competed with EMS Bike Teams from around
the state in University’s Hospital’s 3rd annual event. Watch
for the team at major outdoor events such as the St. Patrick’s
Day Parade and the 4th of July Fireworks.
